Do I Need an Appointment to Be a New Patient? No appointment is necessary. We are a walk-in clinic! We just ask that new patients arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to allow enough time for paperwork, lab work, consultation, and answering all of your questions.
-
What Should I Expect at My First Visit? How Long Will It Take?At your first visit, you will complete a registration form and have blood drawn to assess your health and hormone levels. Please bring your ID and a list of your current medications, including the name of your birth control or IUD, if applicable. Once your lab results are ready, you will return the following week to review your results and discuss personalized treatment options with our healthcare provider. This typically takes around 30 minutes.
-
Do You Accept Insurance? No, we do not accept insurance. At Infinite Athlete, we believe that everyone should have access to the benefits of hormone replacement therapy and wellness treatments. By operating outside of the insurance model, we are able to provide the most affordable, transparent, and comprehensive care possible - without restrictions or limitations. Your health, your choice - experience high-quality care at a price you can afford!
-
What is the Cost of Hormone Replacement? The initial lab work for hormone replacement therapy is $130, regardless of whether you are male or female. Our comprehensive panel includes over 11+ essential labs, providing a thorough assessment that many other providers neglect. Since treatment is personalized based on your lab results, costs vary and will be explained in detail during your lab review. On average, most patients can expect to pay between $20-$50 per week for hormone replacement therapy.
-
What is the Cost of Weight Loss Therapy? The cost of weight loss therapy varies based on the specific treatment plan that best suits your needs, making it difficult to provide an exact amount without a consultation. Our goal is to provide affordable, effective solutions tailored to help you achieve lasting results. All pharmaceuticals are sourced exclusively from licensed U.S. pharmacies, and we offer some of the most competitive pricing available.
-
Do You Charge Office Visit or Membership Fees? No, we do not charge office visit fees or require membership fees. At Infinite Athlete, we believe in transparent pricing with no long-term contracts or hidden commitments. Unlike many clinics that lock patients into billing plans, we never require contracts because we know our therapy works. Our patients stay with us because of the real, lasting results they experience - not because of a financial obligation. You only pay for the treatments you receive - no hidden costs, no unnecessary fees, and no long-term commitments.
-
Is There a Specific Time of the Month for Females to Have Labs Drawn? (Hormone Replacement Only)Yes. If you still have a regular menstrual cycle, your labs should be drawn during the 7-day window before the first day of your next cycle for the most accurate hormone assessment. If you have an irregular cycle or no longer have a cycle due to an IUD, hysterectomy, menopause, ablation, or other reasons, you can have your labs drawn at any time.
-
Can I Just Come in for Bloodwork if I Am Not Interested in Hormone Replacement? No, we are not an outside lab service, and our labs are exclusively available to our patients and potential patients who are interested in starting treatment with us. We do not up-charge for lab work, it is offered at cost to ensure affordable and accessible care. Because of this, we only provide lab services to those actively receiving or considering treatment with us.
-
Do You Treat Children? No, we only treat adults - you must be at least 18 years of age to become a patient at Infinite Athlete.
-
Do You Offer Hormone Therapy for Transgender Patients? No, unfortunately that is outside our scope of practice. We can replace, but we can’t reassign.
-
Are You a Fertility Clinic? No, we are a hormone replacement clinic, not a fertility clinic. While balanced hormones play an important role in conception, we do not provide fertility-specific treatments. If you are a current patient and become pregnant, you must inform us immediately.
-
Do I Need Labs for IV Hydration, Vitamin Boost Injections, or Peptides? No, labs are not required for IV hydration therapy, vitamin boost injections, or peptide treatments. You can walk in anytime and receive these services without the need for lab work.
-
Can I Take My Medications Home?Yes! Once you are an established patient, you have the option to take up to 10 weeks of medications home for added convenience. This allows you to stay consistent with your treatment without frequent trips to the clinic.
-
Do I Need to Fast for Blood Work? No, fasting is not required for your blood work. In fact, it's best to be well-hydrated before your labs, so please drink plenty of water and eat as you normally would before coming in.
-
How Long Does It Take to Get My Lab Results?Lab results typically take 7 days to process. If you are coming back for treatment, your results will be reviewed in person with a provider the following week. If you opted for take-home treatment, we will call to discuss your results.
-
Can I Receive Partial Hormone Therapy from My Doctor and Partial Therapy from Infinite Athlete? For your safety, we must manage all aspects of your hormone therapy. Because we cannot adjust or oversee prescriptions from another provider, maintaining proper hormone balance would be very difficult. Patients receiving hormone therapy somewhere else may choose to transition their care to our clinic at any time. Thinking about making the switch? Stop by today to learn more about our personalized, comprehensive hormone therapy options!
-
When Will I Start to Feel the Benefits of Hormone Replacement? Most people begin noticing the benefits of hormone therapy within 3-4 weeks. Females may take a little longer, as there are more factors to balance, but improvements typically become noticeable within a few weeks.
-
Can I Use Lab Results from Another Doctor Instead of Getting New Labs Drawn?Unfortunately, we do not accept outside labs. This is because all hormone levels must be tested together on the same day for accuracy, and many other offices do not test all of the key markers we check. For females, lab work must also be drawn on specific days of the cycle to ensure precise and consistent results.
-
Where are you located? We have two physical locations: Buford, GA: 4995 Lanier Islands Parkway, Suite K, Buford, GA 30518. Cumming, GA: 1175 Buford Road, Suite 600, Cumming, GA 30041.
-
Can I Go to Multiple Locations or Bounce Between Them?Yes! Once you are an established patient, you can visit any of our locations at your convenience. Whether you’re closer to one clinic one day and another the next, you have the flexibility to receive your treatments wherever it’s most convenient for you. Our goal is to make your treatment as accessible and seamless as possible!
